Independent accreditation for mental health aware organisations and employers.

Recognising a need for an independent mental health accreditation scheme, Richard established the Tick in 2020 as a kite mark of good practice. It is purposefully not affiliated with mental health organisations (although they do refer organisations through to the accreditation), as they all play a part.
